Daisy Polk Inn - The historic bed and breakfast in the heart of Dallas' Oaklawn neighborhood.

Daisy Room

The Daisy Room is so named because this was Daisy's personal bedroom and it is one of 3 rooms in the main house.  The bath is en suite and like the Reagan Room it has a queen size bed.  As a small historic footnote the sink and attached fixtures in the bath were original to the Melrose Hotel just 1 block away when it was built in 1926.  They were salvaged in the early 1980's by the inn's owner Wayne Falcone when he heard that the old fixtures were being simply thrown away, by the hotel's new owners, during a complete contemporary renovation taking place at the time.
